Our Gourmet Bistro is a specialist wedding venue, located in the stunning Hinterland town of Maleny in South East Queensland. Mountain View road is the tourist drive, with views stretching over the Glasshouse Mountains to the Pacific Ocean & Pumicestone Passage. Needless to say, the panoramic views are simply amazing. Nowhere on the Hinterland offers quite the same beauty & tranquillity. Perched on the edge of Mountain View Road, the mountains, ocean and far away hills go on forever. It has to be seen to be believed!

Weddings
We specialise in hosting weddings. We will take the worry away, let us do all the arranging and decorating for you. We respect the fact that you are an individual and that this should be seen in how you choose to decorate the venue and select food for your special day. Our Wedding Planner will take all the stress away by offering you a variety of themes and decorating options (for a small fee). Each wedding is different, we are flexible in menu design and pricing.

Our Head Chef, Cody, insists on using only the finest, freshest local ingredients. From renowned local Maleny Dairy products, organic veges (where possible) and Meat from Don our local butcher. Cody’s eye for quality and his fine dining experience will ensure that your Wedding meal is a personalised delight.

There is a great selection of food from the extensive wedding menu. Whether you are on a budget or planning something really special, we will have an option for you. We can cater for weddings of all sizes, up to 150 (depending on seating requirements.) we also cater for small weddings of 10-20 people.

Maleny is some 300 meters above sea level and is surrounded by natural forests & hills. The green, rolling hills and views of the Glasshouse Mountains and the Pacific Ocean will add an old-fashioned, romantic charm to any wedding. To meander around the Hinterland towns of Maleny, Montville & Mapleton is to be reminded of times gone by. Noosa, Caloundra, Maroochydore and Nambour are 30-40 minutes drive away. We are just over an hours drive from Brisbane.
